Empire Valley Ventures LLC was founded by longtime friends and business partners Steven Vyverberg and Tyler Borcyk. After more than a decade of friendship that began in high school where they graduated together Steven and Tyler combined their unique experiences and shared entrepreneurial mindset to build something greater.

With Tyler’s background in construction and a Business Science degree from Bryant & Stratton College, and Steven’s diverse work history ranging from the automotive industry to officiating ice hockey, they bring a well-rounded, hands-on perspective to the real estate space.

The inspiration behind Empire Valley Ventures came from a mutual desire to simplify the home-selling process by offering real solutions to distressed homeowners while bridging the gap to end buyers and investors. After discovering the world of wholesale real estate, Steven and Tyler launched the company with a mission to create value through clarity, connection, and opportunity.
